Why should you rent your new home through Breeze?Finding the right home to live in can be hard, and there’s nothing worse than spending your whole weekend trooping around looking at houses that just aren’t quite what you’re expecting, and nothing like what you want.
At Breeze we take care of everything for you, and we usually have a selection of good quality houses available to rent at fair and reasonable rentals. We’ll look after all the paperwork for you, lodge your bond with the Department of Building and Housing and make sure you have read and understood your tenancy agreement.
If anything needs doing to your home, just let us know and we’ll arrange for a tradesperson to come round and do the job at a time that suits you. If the job’s urgent lets us know because we have people who can do a job at the drop of a hat.
If we need to come round for any reason, we’ll give you the appropriate notice and work with you to make a time that suits you. And when you leave, we’ll go through the house with you after you’ve cleaned up to make sure that you agree on any repairs that you’re liable for, and we will then arrange for your bond to get paid to you (less any costs incurred).
