Breeze Property Management is owned and managed by Raewyn Thomas and Kerry-Ann de Ruiter who are also both mortgage brokers with Mortgage Solutions.  Mortgage Solutions work with property investors all the time, and a common complaint was that they loved how property helped them create wealth, but they hated the hassle of managing investment properties.  The solution was simple - build a property management company that was wholly focussed on making life easier for investors and for tenants.  The rest, as they say, was history.  

Both Raewyn and Kerry-Ann have extensive knowledge and experience with property management and both own their own rental portfolio.  You can be certain that your property will be maintained and cared for as if it were their own.  We are known in the Lower North Island region for our superior mangement.
